Recently, Joshua (3years 7months) has started to show some great imaginative play.
Iโve realised after hearing him and asking if he needs me when he shouts back, “Iโm not talking to you Mummy!”
Itโs been so lovely to see and I canโt help thinking that if he was to start school this September, when heโll just be 4, whether that will be nurtured or lost. Oscar still happily plays imaginatively and independently now at nearly 6.

I thought Iโd write a quick list of all the things we did yesterday… we had a day at home waiting for an Amazon delivery. Most days we go out so whenever we have a whole day at home, I have to be prepared to pop out at any minute if I feel the kids need it- sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t.

Joshua has just turned three and he is one cool kid- he seems to love clothes, hehe. A little bit of Mummy in there! I recently went to pick up a clothes order with some bits for the boys and Oscar’s just like ‘yeh, thanks’ looking at them briefly. Joshua is trying each bit on, ‘oh nice.’ Nannan also bought the big boys some new clothes for our holiday (thanks Nannan!) and Joshua loved trying each one on ๐ Here he is with a new coat and swimming trunks. I may potentially have a shopping partner! X
